From the start Paul came to give us a quotation for 2 wardrobes for our children’s room, he came on time and was polite. During his quotation he demonstrated that he had a wealth of knowledge in carpentry and also offered many ideas and options. We have him the go ahead with the work, he gave us a reasonable lead time (5 weeks) as you would expect from any quality tradesman. On the scheduled day of the work to take place he arrived prompt with his van laden with materials and tools.
